Subject: RRS 49.2 clarification

If the international jury observes boats where the crew before and after changing tack presses the lifelines to leeward while kneeling or standing and doing so the crews´ torsos is positioned outside the lifelines, the international jury will penalize this breach.

This is not briefly to perform a necessary task, boats acting like this clearly are in breach of RRS 49.2.
